Office cleaning requests should reflect how the space is used. A small office, shared workplace and managed property can have different access, room and scheduling needs. Describe the work areas, restrooms and common spaces, along with preferred visit times and any areas that should be excluded.
Your scope, agreed before the visit
- Give an approximate floor area if known and describe the main work areas, restrooms and shared rooms.
- Identify priorities and any equipment, documents or restricted areas that should not be handled.
- Discuss a one-time or recurring schedule and explain building access, alarm procedures and parking through the appropriate private details.
These are planning priorities, not a fixed all-inclusive checklist. AceW confirms the work with you before scheduling.
Before your visit
Use the Office property option in the configurator and add notes about the layout rather than treating work areas as bedrooms. Avoid putting passwords or alarm codes in general enquiry notes; discuss sensitive access arrangements directly with AceW.
Additional care
The request form lists optional packages such as appliance interiors, closet organization and laundry care with their own descriptions. Select only what you want reviewed. Inclusion in the final visit is confirmed with AceW.

Can I request recurring office care?

Do I need an exact floor area?
If you do not know it, choose the option to discuss size later. Include useful layout details so the scope can be reviewed.
Can cleaning be scheduled around business hours?
Provide your preferred date and time and any access limits. These are preferences until AceW confirms the appointment.
