The useful details are the condition of the property, what will remain inside, when access ends, and your priorities for the handoff. If you have a landlord or property-manager checklist, describe the relevant requirements so AceW can discuss the scope.
Your scope, agreed before the visit
- Explain which rooms are being handed over and whether belongings or furniture will still be present.
- Identify any kitchen, bathroom or interior-glass priorities and select optional packages where needed.
- Share your move-out deadline and any limits on keys, entry, parking or building access.
These are planning priorities, not a fixed all-inclusive checklist. AceW confirms the work with you before scheduling.
Before your visit
Allow for changes in moving plans. If movers are still using the space or access arrangements change, contact AceW before the visit. Cleaning scope and final price are confirmed after review; no deposit-return or inspection outcome is promised.

The request form lists optional packages such as appliance interiors, closet organization and laundry care with their own descriptions. Select only what you want reviewed. Inclusion in the final visit is confirmed with AceW.

Will a clean guarantee my deposit is returned?
No. Deposits and inspection decisions are controlled by your rental agreement and property manager. AceW can review cleaning priorities, not guarantee that outcome.
Can I provide a handover checklist?
Yes. Describe the cleaning requirements in your request and discuss any specific checklist with AceW before confirming the visit.
What if belongings are still in the property?
Tell AceW in advance. Remaining belongings affect access and the scope that can be agreed.
