A move-in cleaning request helps plan care before you settle into a home or apartment. Tell AceW when you expect access, whether the property will be empty, and when furniture or deliveries are due. Cleaning can then be discussed around the actual handover rather than an assumed moving schedule.
Your scope, agreed before the visit
- Identify the bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas you want reviewed before moving in.
- Explain whether cabinets or appliances will be empty and request any interior-cleaning packages you want considered.
- Share the handover date, preferred cleaning time and any building access or parking arrangements.
These are planning priorities, not a fixed all-inclusive checklist. AceW confirms the work with you before scheduling.
Before your visit
If you do not yet have access, say so in the notes. For an apartment, include the unit and any relevant entrance details. A preferred date is a request, not a confirmed reservation; contact AceW if your handover or delivery plans change.
Additional care
The request form lists optional packages such as appliance interiors, closet organization and laundry care with their own descriptions. Select only what you want reviewed. Inclusion in the final visit is confirmed with AceW.

Does the property need to be empty?
Tell us whether it will be empty, partly furnished or occupied. AceW reviews the scope based on the actual conditions.
Can cleaning happen before my furniture arrives?
You can request that timing and explain the delivery window. Availability and the appointment must be confirmed by AceW.
Are inside cabinets and appliances automatic?
No. Select the relevant optional packages and describe what will be accessible so those tasks can be reviewed.
